Projects that can benefit from the Decrypthon platform are selected by calls for proposals within the international and national scientific community. These projects must be related to proteomics or genomics, directly or indirectly related to neuromuscular diseases.
The objective of the Decrypthon program is to fund about ten projects in the upcoming years.
The call for proposals is opened to all research programmes in biology, provided that they have significant data-processing requirements with a reasonable and justified amount of shared calculations or data. Additionally, the research programme should have a large-scale application in the long term. The proposal should relate to the development of knowledge directly or indirectly related to neuromuscular diseases, such as complexity in biology, proteomics or genomics.
